Everyone have an unique character and expression of creativity. Generally, they develop creativity by using it. If we need to be creative, we just have to open ourself to a world possibilities. You do not have to be Leonardo Da Vinci to be a creative genius. Here are some strategies to get your creative idea flowing.
Look around you. There are so many ideas waiting to be discovered. All you have to do is observe around you and catch what is already there.
Change your perspective. Sometime we have to change our routine. Go to the place you not have been there before. Read a magazine you not have not read before.
Move your body. There is something supraising about our kinesthetic body. We just to have move our body, let our blood flow to our brains, and eureka..., we have solution for our problems.

There always an ideas inside us. We all have ideas. Some wild, crazy and funny, while others might will make us bright and rich. Ideas might come from everywhere. They might come at 4 in the morning or while you are singing in the shower. My method to get ideas is visiting certain sites on the Internet.
